Problem part numbers and solutions:
- 18710–60170 – currently posted under kit part number 5080–8842. 5080–8842 and 18710–60170 can have the same lot.
- 5182–9733 – currently posted as 5182-9733-1 because the CoA is generated for the headspace sample and not the kit. The kit lot doesn’t have a CoA, though it has a lot number.
- 123 Meter Standards and Reagents – Only use the first five digits. The alphanumeric after the dash indicates unit size. Don’t include in the part number.
- ICP-###-5 parts – The alphanumeric after the second dash indicates unit size. Don’t include in the part number.
- Parts starting with QCI/QCM - These parts are blind QC samples, and the CoA are packaged in a sealed envelope. If the envelope is missing, contact chem-standards-support@agilent.com
- GC Columns with “E” part numbers – the E configuration is the standard column from a 7-inch cage that has been rewound onto a 5-inch cage. The Column Test Report will be under the non-E part number.
- Example: 123-1334E will use certificate for 123-1334
