MSD Error: HPMSAXQ0.DLL failed upon launching Openlab - OpenLAB CDS Chemstation

Situation:

User installed Openlab C.01.05 to run an LCMS system.  Was able to configure the sytem, but when they launched they would see the following error in the initializing instrument phase:

MSD Error 'Installl module, 'C:\Chem32\CORE\HPMSACQ0.DLL',failed.' 

The software would then stay frozen at this point after hitting OK on the error message. 

Solution:

Installed I/O libraries from Disk 3.

LCMS was able to launch without any errors.
