Instrutions for collection of LookInMyPC report:

• download, install LookInMyPC from http://www.lookinmypc.com/download.htm, best use the portable version
• and execute LookInMyPC using "Run as Administrator"
• Execute Generate Report, save the report as Web Archive, single file (*.mht)
