Sequence Aborted Due to File Access Error - OpenLAB CDS Chemstation

User running Openlab C.01.07. Getting an error message, 'Sequence aborted due to File Access Error. Please restart your sequence'. The software would then abort the sequence. This was because the user had a space at the end of the naming pattern used in the sequence preferences. Once the space was removed, user was able to run their sequences. See attached document for screenshots.

Space after the Name pattern in Sequence Preferences. Go to View Preferences to get to this menu.

This is the error message that you see. Remove the space and it will work after that.
