Typical communication with Agilent activities:
- Order Acknowledgement email.
- Order confirmation (Thank You) email.
Customer can access My Orders Account to track the status of the order.
- Ship notification email.
- Communications from Consumables Team.
- Delivery Notification when delivery date is confirmed.
- Customer to notify Agilent as to their preferred Installation date.
Agilent sends the customer a proposed installation date. (Installation Letter)
- Customer reviews the proposed installation date and accepts or rejects installation proposal.
Install Scheduler will confirm or propose new installation date based on response from the customer.
