Thanks for letting us know. I will look into this and determine why it is not working. In the meantime, the file can be downloaded from the 7820A product page at https://www.agilent.com/en/product/gas-chromatography/gc-systems/7820a-gc-system. Scroll down to Literature, open the Software section, and click the link for the control panel.

Link behind 7820A GC Remote Control Panel Revision 1.5.5.0 279 MB (current) on page above appears to lead nowhere (May 24). Grateful if this could be fixed. Thanks and regards
