Dear colleagues
We have Agilent LCMSD 1260 Infenity /6130Quaderpole. we encountered this error: Install module C:\Chem32\CORE\HPSCIL00.DLL, failed
We want to know the cause and the solution for this error ?
Thanks in advance.
With my best regards…
Dear Community
I am using a GC/FID from Agilent with Openlab CDS. The GC/FID has to columns (front and back) which gives a slightly different retention time for the same substance. I use both lines, one for the measurement and the other for the control…
We are running long term tests with multiple GC analysis, automatically controlled from LabVIEW via ActiveX communication with OpenLab EZChrom. We recently had an event in the EZChrom software creating problems; suddenly midway through the tests, the…
I don't think it would have a problem as long as you're not trying to connect with both software platforms at the same time. I've seen other customers do similar things (GCMS/FID, using MSD Chemstation for MSD work and GC Chemstation for FID work).

Good afternoon all. I have a baffling issue with our 6470 LCMS. It passes checktune. I can run autotune is positive mode or in negative mode, but not both together as previously. I get an error message at the end of the autotune process stating "Failed…
Hello,
upon start vacuum sequence. You should hear a clik. This is for BK. Monitor IF/BK meter at that point. it has to go lower than 20 Pa. Then you should hear a second click. This time another valve open. It should rise above 20 Pa. Then after…
Hi Kris, thank you! I tried to upload the screenshot of the version info, but I failed. So I have to type all of them out since I'm not sure which one is useful. Hope it can help!

Good morning It turns out that this is the first time something so particular has happened to me with my GC-MSD (6850-5975). I work with MassHunter 10.0.368 and from one moment to another the signal for two of my work standards (organophosphates and phenols…
Tray sensor failed is either try a new tray or the transport assy is most likely needs to be replaced. Does Lab Advisor see the module? There is a log book in Lab Advisor as well.
