Calibration for Front and Back Signal

Hi DOT

You need to add one compound for each column.  They need to have different names, so you might have CompoundA Front and CompoundA Back, as the compound names.

Thank you very much for your help. I could add the compounds, however, when I add new levels (concentrations) for the calibration curve, the software does not accept multiple insertions at the same level. Do you know how to solve that problem?

Can you tell me which version of OpenLab CDS you are using?  The last comment suggests that you're running OpenLab Chemstation Edition.  My answer will be longer, if you're working with OpenLab Chemstation Edition.

Maybe you could post a screenshot so that I can see where you're struggling.

Yes, I am working on OpenLAb Chemstation Edition (see picture attached). My problem is, that I only can make one calibration for either front or back. Adding additional concentrations of the Back-signal did not work.

I finally could solve the issue. I was confused about the levels. By adding new levels I could calibrate both peaks. Thank you for your help and have a nice week.
