QA check report divide by zero error

Created by Agilent Agilent over 2 years ago | Last modified by kristen.sensabaugh kristen.sensabaugh over 1 year ago

In GCMS Chemstation Environmental Data Analysis the QA check report (available in the Continuing Calibration menu) displays the internal standard responses for the continuing calibration check and the surrogate % recovery and ISTD responses for the selected data files.

If a  'Divide by zero' error occurs when producing the report, go to Initial Calibration,Edit Compounds and verify that all surrogate compounds (compound type 'S') have values entered for the 'LOW' and 'HIGH' fields in the Reporting tab and the expected spike concentration is filled in.

Also verify that all internal standards are actually found in the data files that are being processed for the report.

The EnvDemo methods voalist.m and bnalist.m  can be used as a guide for setting up these fields.
