Hello, I have initialization problems with my software, MassHunter Workstation software, LC/MS Data Acquisition for 6400 series triple quadrupole Version B.08.00, a service engineer from the brand representative recommended that I uninstall the software and reinstall following the instructions windows configuration (Windows7), however the error persists.... the message is "Failed to startMassHunter Acquisition engine processes, Exception: Type constructor Threw an exception. Please check the logbook for additional information", and in the logbook it says " Failed to start System engines. The Type initializer for ´Agilent.MassHunter.LCMSAcquisition.ACQEngCore.SubInstrument´threw an exception.
