Hi rogermoise,
Have you performed any inlet maintenance? Most often inlet shutdowns on methods that are functional are due to leaks. I have attached a couple of links that may help you.

You have an inlet leak. Have you done maintenance lately? If you haven't changed the septum in awhile it could be that or the nut may have loosened up and needs tightened a bit or the column nut may have loosened.
Hi,
First, You should check below things:
You can increase your helium pressure upto 100psi ( check picture 111713).
Check column is okay. Means it's not broken.
May be inlet is leaking so better replace septa.Check your inlet is properly sitting on top of gc.
You should check column connection of inlet and detector.
If you did not change vent filter from long time then better to change this.
Hello rogermoise.
One possibility: if your are loading the method and the errors occur, it is possible you do not have enough total flow (low column flow, no or little split flow etc.) to the inlet to reach pressure before the inlet shutdown. If this is the case, load the method, manually increase the inlet total flow on the GC keypad until you reach pressure. Reload the method and all should be fine.
