Most likely the octopole PCA is failing. You could try dipping it, but if it happens again after redipping the board is failing and needs to be replaced.
Hi kalle-h,
Has the method worked well for you in the past? Any changes recently like column trims? Sometimes small pieces of column can get caught inside the modulator fittings and impede flow, which has negative effects on our data.
If your peaks…
It was on the equipment, you can check to be sure by running a performance check on the chiller. Our chiller passed all points on the performance check but failed on the ICP system.
I have tried two new lamp and its all fail intensity test on the controller. Then I borrow a standard flow cell from another LC and I got min. intensity pass but fail average intensity. So I use Methanol to clean the flow cell window and flush the flow…
Hi!
I run 200.8 on the 7850 ICPMS for drinking water.
I calibrate with 10, 50, 100, 250, and 500 ppb for Cu (among others). I would like to calibrate up to 2,000 or higher for Cu - but every time I try to calibrate above 500, my CCV and LFB fail…
Dear Sir/Madam
Good morning. Currently, I am working on GC-MS, Agilent. I am able to run my samples as a batch samples. However, I am not able to quantify as well as prepare calibration curve using MassHunter. I followed the user manual but failed.…
Hello Nbauer, thank you! I've tried to move the blanking nut at the outlet valve but the result is the same "test aborted by system" and, on the right "failed to comunicate with the module". All modules are connected so maybe could be a problem with the…
Hello
We have an agilent ultivo qqq and last week when trying to run a checktune it failed giving a message saying calibrant bottle is empty or nebulizer is clogged. Nevertheless the calibrant bottle is definitely not empty, and the nebulizer also doesnt…
