Hi martin.adams , you are exactly right, the peak width is small, therefore it is not giving the final S/N value. When I manually integrated the peak by increasing the peak width, it gave the value. It seems i need to fix the time range for the baseline…
Hi LD,
You are very welcome! Table 25.2.1 in the paper above gives recommendations. You can also take a look at our Cell Publication Database to see what others have done as far as this.

Daniel,
I'm not sure what you mean by the high potency zone here. Can you elaborate?
If this is a suspension, there are multiple thing to consider. You may want to listen to the suspensions webinar on dissolution.com, I believe it was a 2018/9 webinar…
Shin, it depends on what you're looking for here. The 250mL CP vessels should have articles online that you can search where they are used as it is compendial. In general, we do have a small volume webinar at: Dissolution: FoundationBeyond (on24.com)…
I am using Agilent 8890. I am trying to set the standard for my GC-FID, I am injecting 5mL of methane gas standard with a gas-tight syringe through a switching valve which is set up to the left of my GC. However, I am getting different peaks and areas…
