Hello, we have an mp aes 4210, we cannot turn it on and we get this error "PLASMA_IGNITION_SHER_GAS_PRESSURE. POP gas pressure out of range". We performed the gas test but it does not pass.
We contacted an Agilent agent and he told us that the problem…
Thanks for the info! What I was thinking about is that some instruments, like GC/MS units sometimes come with recommendations to not put the unit on a UPS due to problems it can cause with the oven. So, I was wondering if Agilent had anything specific…
Hello,
upon start vacuum sequence. You should hear a clik. This is for BK. Monitor IF/BK meter at that point. it has to go lower than 20 Pa. Then you should hear a second click. This time another valve open. It should rise above 20 Pa. Then after…
Hello,
No possible to delete raw data or a run or modify a raw data. You can only modify the method or batch. You can create a new batch an import only the file you wanted to analyze with your batch method.
Hello,
For calibration curve standards, we were using the neat calibration standards. They were not saponified and did not go through sample prep procedure.
Let us know if you have more questions.
