Syringes not filling for 850-DS during cleaning function.

We started a clean from the menus on the 850-DS but on the second time we ran the syringes were no longer filling. The pumps seems to be operating as they will push out air in the diagnostic but I am unsure if I have a blockage to push water out of the cannula and rinse port.

If you use diagnostics to fill and dispense to "sample return" do you see anything coming out of the cannulas? See page 61 Agilent 850-DS Dissolution Sampling Station Operator's Manual
