Hello, we have an mp aes 4210, we cannot turn it on and we get this error "PLASMA_IGNITION_SHER_GAS_PRESSURE. POP gas pressure out of range". We performed the gas test but it does not pass.
We contacted an Agilent agent and he told us that the problem could be in the gas box and recommended replacing it.
