Determination of fat soluble vitamins in food using HPLC-DAD

Hello everyone! 
 I am following the application note "Determination of Fat-Soluble Vitamins in Foods Using Agilent Chem Elut S Extraction with LC/DAD and LC/MS/MS Triple-Quadrupole" to implement the analysis, but I have doubts about preparing the calibration curve. Is it necessary to saponify the curve points, or just direct injection of them?

Hello, 
 For calibration curve standards, we were using the neat calibration standards. They were not saponified and did not go through sample prep procedure.
