The Agilent 531 and 536 TC gauges are designed to work with gauge controllers with an internal voltmeter and current source. They require 165mA current input to the filament heater.
Are you using a gauge controller?
I will get an output of 0 to 11mv just with the controller?
That is the output from the gauge to the appropriate controller. This will be converted by the controller electronics into a pressure value on the controller display.
I didn't understand why when I measured directly on the sensor it showed a value of 117mv on one of the outputs and 120mv on the other and with time and an increase in the vacuum this voltage varied. So, directly from the sensor, a value from 0 to 11 mv should already be indicated?
Your supply to the gauge may be more than 5V at 165ma
