This Information Applies To: 2100 Bioanalyzer system, 2100 Expert software version B.02.08 or later
When printing a report to PDF or HTML with the 2100 Expert software, the error "Failed to Generate Report" appears.
This error can appear because certain margins are not compatible with the document printer (Figure 1).
Steps to Follow
Modify the printer margin settings in the 2100 Expert software
Configure the Microsoft XPS Document Writer Printing Preferences
