Finding Declarations of Conformity, Certificates of Conformance and Safety Data Sheets for the Agilent TapeStation Assays

Issue

Using the search tool on Agilent.com to locate the declarations of conformity (DOC) for Agilent ScreenTapes and Test-Tapes, certificates of conformity (COC) for TapeStation reagents and safety data sheets (SDS). 

Steps to Follow

To obtain DOC or COC documents,

1. Search for the Test-Tape ID, ScreenTape, or reagent lot number in the search field on Agilent.com. 
2. Then select the content type Certificate of Conformance on the left side in the Refine Results menu (Figure 1). 
   Please note that, for ScreenTapes, you need to search for the lot number only.
3. Do not include the three-digit individual box number as the search will yield no results.
   In general, DOCs and COCs for reagents and ScreenTapes manufactured before July 20, 2020 still need to be requested from your Agilent support representative.

To obtain SDS documents,

1. Search for the product number on Agilent.com and select the content type Safety Data Sheets on the left side in the Refine Results menu.
2. Then, select your country to open the document in the required format and language (Figure 2).
