Issue: When a PDF report of a run file is created, the PDF document is empty and error 97 (Figure 1) is displayed.

Steps to follow:
An antivirus software deleting or blocking a required file within the ProSize folder may be the cause of the issue. Therefore, it is recommended to exclude ProSize and Agilent folders from antivirus scans.
The PDF builder registration is required:
C:\ProSize data analysis software\support (Figure 2), or C:\ProSize 3.0\support for AATI branded software version.

3. Right-click Install.bat and select Run as administrator (Figure 3).
