I’m running GRO/DRO/ORO on an 8890 FID. The baseline is cutting across the peaks instead of integrating under the baseline. How do I drop the red integration line so that I get proper area under the given ranges?

What version of MSD Chemstation Data Analysis do you have installed?
If this is F.01.03 you can use the word ZERO in the A2 field in Edit Compounds.
Are using compound type H for the TPH Range?
Glad it worked. The ZERO command only works in G1701FA software.
I'm getting a very similar issue running GRO by 8260 on an 8890 GCMS where the baseline is cutting off part of the peaks. I tried setting the A2 field to Zero but I have a different version of MSD Chemstation data analysis (E 02.02.1431). How could I fix this?
