When replacing the PFTBA solution in the calibration vial, the manual says to turn the analyzer off? Does anyone know exactly what this means? Do I need to vent and turn the power off?

Hi Lee-Anne,
Without vent how you will remove calibration vial to fill PFTBA.
First, vent the system and then better switch off System and then remove air by opening knob near vial.
Fill PFTBA carefully, not to damage o-ring.
If doubt then better call to your local agilent support to do onsite..

Hi ISH, Thanks, I just thought there might be an isolation valve to allow topping up without venting. Thanks, for clarifying.
