Thanks for the feedback. I have re-optimized the lamp alignment, but I didn’t get much (if any) improvement. I also made some adjustments to the sample position, which I think helped a little. I think some users have been fiddling with the sample position…
Hi community,
maybe someone has an idea what I could do, before a technician comes over.
During my absence my colleagues told me that our HPLC (1260 Vialsampler, 1260 Inf II Flex pump, TCC, FC-AS, DAD) does show a peak shift of about 3 to 10 minutes…
So just to let everyone know, the SSD on this computer has now already failed. Seems like there was something wrong with the hardware to start with !. Let's hope a new SSD will fix this issue. -Francois
This is a chromatogram of my high standard, Still haven't gotten to the low. Note that this is actually just one compound injected on the sorbent tube. The compound is methyl methacrylate. The tube is Carbopack B,X. The library identifies the compound…
Hello, I apologize for the delay. A lot of times, autostart macro failed errors are caused by corrupt instrument config files. Try resetting the instrument configuration files in the instrument folder (\Chem32\x\, where x is the number of the instrument…

Hello, Is there an update available for the Chemspider library editor script? The script is named DownloadMolfilesFromChemspider.libedit and as the name suggests, downloads the mol files for each library entry from chemspider. The chemspider API appears…
Hello, Since each compound in your processing method would require a different resolution pass/fail threshold, I do not believe you would be able to set this up solely from the column properties on your intelligent report. I approached this by storing…
The Agilent Equipment Qualification Plan (EQP) for OQ is freely available on the Agilent website for potential customers to review. I have attached the standard EQP OQ for GC
Sounds like the Cap EPC module or the EPC Pneumatics board may have failed. Do you have two Cap Inlets? If so. You can swap the two EPC Modules to see if that changes anything. I would lean towards the EPC Module has failed.
