Hello,
No, you cannot create custom sample types in CDS. You can use an existing field like sample label to mark specific injections if you need more delineation than the sample types can provide.

Hello,
To check if you have access to a core facility in iLab, log into your iLab account and navigate to the core facility's page. If you are not prompted to request access and can view sections such as “About our Core,” “Request Services,” or “Schedule…
Hi Sabbas,
if you have measured a batch and click the print button, all method parameters are shown in the report. I’m not sure if you can print the report of method solely without having measured a sample. I would in that case just measure a blank…
Here a list of suggestions to try if encountering an error 155 on ELSD:
Make sure driver is at least A.01.07 DU1. Along with that, make sure the firmware and software is compatible with the driver.
Consider lowering the data rate (40 Hz if this…
As " alfausett " said, in case of headspace much depends upon sample matrix along with other factors. Honestly i am bit surprised that you are fine when injecting as liquid. In case of the liquid majority have issue with acetic acid peak shapes at some…
It all depends how old is your column or how it is handled when not in use. This is pretty much normal with majority of the columns when used in temperature programming. Some vendors claim to provide "zero bleed" columns but honestly there are many if…
