G7129 ELSD error 155: terminates sequence

chschaef1 : G7129X is the model of the vialsampler. I think you might have G7102A? What software are you using? Is it a standalone or Client/ Server system? What is the sampling rate are you using? This is a new error so you will not find it in the manual.

Thank you for your response. Do you have to use 80 Hz data rate? Do you have narrow peaks? If not, can you decrease the data rate to 40 Hz, save the method, run some blank/ test injections and let me know if the ELSD still gives you this error. I think this error is intermittent, right?

Sorry for the long delay, Yes the sequences are running now much more reliably. 

with setting the data rate down to 40 HZ. The major peaks are visible very well, minor components still have to evaluated..

Here a list of suggestions to try if encountering an error 155 on ELSD:

1. Make sure driver is at least A.01.07 DU1. Along with that, make sure the firmware and software is compatible with the driver. 
2. Consider lowering the data rate (40 Hz if this is acceptable for the samples). For some samples, 80Hz is required for the better resolution though.
3. Network issues. Please reach out to Lab Informatics if the software is in Client/ Server environment. 

Please reach out to the local representative if you need technical support.
