I'm using a different version than you so this may not be applicable, but it is worth a shot. In the default "Compound Results" table, it filters out missing peaks. You can include this by opening up the table properties, going to the tab labeled "Peak…
The compound used for tuning EI GCMS systems is PFTBA. FC43. Heptacosafluorotributylamine. Tris(nonafluorobutyl)amine. Perfluorotributylamine

Hello,
If all you need is the Area Ratio of peak to its' IS then the expression below should work,
Marty
Peak_Area / CurrentPeakOrGroup. ISTD . Peak_Area
I have a 7890B GC with a gas sampling valve and I'm looking for the part number for a 6 port rotor that has a 10mm OD. I have not been able to find the number on any of the provided parts list. Thank you for the help.
Hi AnniarysRnD,
Check in your Processing Method>> System Suitability>>Separation performance computation>> Void time (min). In order to calculate column performance parameters, including Peak_CapacityFactor or Capacity factor of k', you need to enter…
I had notice that the air volume is set to 1ul which is the same as the sample volume (I’m assuming is the same as the injected volume). You could try to set the air volume to 0ul and observe if the injection is consistent after this.
