Argon quality for the Agilent 700, 5100 and 5110 icp-oes systems is 5.0 or better. However the 5800/5900 will work with the 4.5 (99.995%) argon quality. For the optional oxygen addition, needed for some organic matrix measurements like kerosine a mix…
Hi, yes we did resolve the issue and it was a faulty Z-motor. Motor was replaced and "Z-axis" error went away. The "unexpected collision" error was due to me using the wrong vial bottoms with the vial tray I had. I needed to use rounded bottoms instead…
Hello Martin and Andy! I found out what were wrong. In my sequence two injections doesn't have a DA Method linked. When I pin only the injections with DA Method linked, the "No Data Found" was gone.
Thanks for letting us know. I will look into this and determine why it is not working. In the meantime, the file can be downloaded from the 7820A product page at https://www.agilent.com/en/product/gas-chromatography/gc-systems/7820a-gc-system . Scroll…
Thank you very much for your quick answer. It's very important for me to understand the concept well, so I have some consistency problems with the response of the compounds.
