Finding Declarations of Conformity, Certificates of Conformance and Safety Data Sheets for Agilent Bioanalyzer Reagents

Issue

 Agilent publishes the declarations of conformity (DOC) for Agilent Bioanalyzer reagents and certificates of conformance (COC) for Bioanalyzer microfluidics chips on Agilent.com. The DOC and COC have been published on Agilent.com for every lot produced since May 2021. To improve the reagents environmental footprint, Agilent removed the hard-copy of the DOC, COC, and the document providing the link to the safety data sheets in reagent and chip boxes.

Steps to Follow

To obtain DOC or COC documents, search for the reagent or microfluidics chip lot number in the search field on Agilent.com. Then select the content type Certificate of Conformance on the left side in the Refine Results menu (Figure 1).

To obtain SDS documents, search for the product number on Agilent.com and select the content type Safety Data Sheets on the left side in the Refine Results menu. Then, select your country to open the document in the required format and language (Figure 2).
