Advanced search results will display when you press Enter from the top search banner.
Advanced search results are displayed in two tabs: All Community and Knowledge Articles. The tab will default to the group you were searching from, for example, if you search from a Knowledge Portal group, the Knowledge Articles tab will be the active tab. If you search from the Community home page, All Community will be the active tab. The active tab will not change unless you click and change it.

Filters
All Community Advanced search offers the following drop-down parameters. These filters will reset to default each time you press Enter in Advanced search.
- Relevancy – Most relevant, Most recent, Alphabetical, and Highest Rating
- Content type – will depend on what is available (i.e. Forums, Wikis, Files)
- Location – Anywhere or group names
- Author – Usernames
- Tags – Regardless of Tags or a specific tag
- Recency – Anytime, In the past week, In the past month, In the past year
Knowledge Articles Advanced search offers a Group Name filter to start. After you select a Group Name filter, Component, Product Name, and Task filters are displayed. These filters will reset to default each time you press Enter in Advanced search.
