No turbo vac reading at parameter section from diagnostics program_G6230 TOF

Thanks for your help in advance!

Our G6230 TOF was suddenly vented by itself once the instrument detected "insufficient high vacuum [69]". So, today morning I restarted TOF instrument and performed the manual-recommended start-on (pumping down + 8 hr HV conditioning) using a diagnostic tool program.

Then, I found out that there is no vacuum reading from Turbo 1 at the parameter section from the diagnostics tool.

However, I can see TOF vacuum reading at the SC readbacks section.

Are there anyone who is familiar with this issue?

I also wonder whether this issue is related to the error showing up last Saturday or not.

Hello,

You have to start masshunter and have a successful initialization of the TOF before Diag will display the correct High vacuum values.

Reading of low 10E-08 means that the gauge is still Off

Thanks for your advice.

Last week, the instrument succeeded HV conditioning, but it vented again due to the same error.

Then, I restarted MS, and started masshunter before opening up Diagnostics. However, the gauge is still off.
