Problem with quad tune wide peak width

Question

Hi, We have agilent 6545 qtofms. The quad tune in neg mode is failing due to failed wide peak width for 1633 ion. any suggestions to troubleshoot. please see the image. Thanks

1. Switch to 3200 mass range and do a System Tune (TOF & Quad). 2. Go back to 1700 mass range and do another Quad Check Tune. 3. If this doesn't help, you may need an electronic adjustment performed on the ion optics or you may need to have the optics & quad cleaned.
