Problem with quad tune wide peak width

1.  Switch to 3200 mass range and do a System Tune (TOF & Quad).

2.  Go back to 1700 mass range and do another Quad Check Tune.

3.  If this doesn't help, you may need an electronic adjustment performed on the ion optics or you may need to have the optics & quad cleaned.

Yes the suggestion by Dorth has helped. We have done a system tune and went back to check tune.

We had the same problem another time and we are also at that time where we have to change the glass capillary and it was fine.
