Thank you very much for your answer, the firmware was updated to version A.07.02 [001]. and it worked for 15 days without any problem. But again it is malfunctioning, when one runs the sequence the vials go straight to red, the detector does not receive a signal and goes back to ready.

Even with the latest firmware the problem persists and now the solution is not to update it.

Like I said before, it is more than unlikely that the problem is caused by FW that is out for eight years. One needs to investigate what actually happened. This is done by collecting diagnostic data, such as log files and diagnostic buffers.
