Firmware Detector FLD G1312B

Thank you very much for your answer, the firmware was updated to version A.07.02 [001]. and it worked for 15 days without any problem. But again it is malfunctioning, when one runs the sequence the vials go straight to red, the detector does not receive a signal and goes back to ready.

Even with the latest firmware the problem persists and now the solution is not to update it.

Can I get the diagnostic buffers and can you help me if I show them to you?

Please get all the diagnostic data I recommended and follow the official support path. I have other duties and responsibilities, I'm afraid.

I really appreciate your comments, I have already contacted the support, they have already quoted me, but the price is high and they do not have an accurate diagnosis, so I am left exactly the same without knowing what the fault is.  If we have nothing else to contribute, I send you my best regards.

Finding out what happened with your FLD could be easy, depending on what data and information you can deliver and can possibly be done over the phone with the customer contact center, but if either that data does not give a clear direction or things are missing from your side, it could also be that an on-site visit of an Agilent engineer is required. Obviously, this will create cost.
