Firmware Detector FLD G1312B

I have a FLD detector model G1312B, it worked perfectly, but today it aborted the sequences, when the indication to inject is given, the color changes to green, immediately the programmed vials remain in red. I was told by the manufacturer that it is probably firmware.

The firmware was updated, and it worked for 15 days perfectly but again it aborts the sequences, what can it be if the firmware was already updated?

6.80? It's getting a little confusing now. There never was a FW 6.80 for the G1321B, but maybe you had that on your pump. You did not talk about the configuration you have. If entire stack gets updated…

The G1321B was introduced around fourteen years ago and the last version of FW that came out was A.07.02 from October 2016. As the responsible Product Support Engineer, I'm not aware of any open issues with sequences.

I suggest you contact Agilent customer care and have details of the system configuration, FW revisions, driver version and software revision on hand. Please tell them what exactly happens and when. They will very likely ask for the so-called "Diagnostic buffers". Those are available from the Agilent LabAdvisor software, even when using the free version. In addition they will ask for diagnostic data from your chromatography data system.

The G1321B was introduced around fourteen years ago and the last version of FW that came out was A.07.02 from October 2016. As the responsible Product Support Engineer, I'm not aware of any open issues with sequences.
