Column Conversion

You could have a look at https://hplccolumns.org/database/compare.php to see what Agilent column is the most similar to the Waters column.  More importantly, if you have an Agilent 1290 system, then you can use ISET to emulate the Waters hardware, assuming that the Agilent system has a smaller volume than the Waters system

If you did this and used the same Waters column, you should be able to replicate exactly what your colleagues are doing on their system.

It will very easy if you find agilent method converter along with agilent software or u can easily get one from app store from your mobile. it is named as Agilent Method Converter with blue logo.
