Column Conversion

Question

Good afternoon, 
 I work on a Waters UPLC while colleagues have an Agilent instrument. We would like to transfer methods between the laboratories. Is there a place to see what the equivalent Agilent column would be to the Waters one I am currently using - Waters BEH C18, 100 x 2.1 mm, 1.7 &micro;m column?

Hi MFrisch 
 You could have a look at https://hplccolumns.org/database/compare.php to see what Agilent column is the most similar to the Waters column. More importantly, if you have an Agilent 1290 system, then you can use ISET to emulate the Waters hardware, assuming that the Agilent system has a smaller volume than the Waters system 
 If you did this and used the same Waters column, you should be able to replicate exactly what your colleagues are doing on their system.
