G1364C Fraction collector - missing or wrong needle

I am resurrecting a G1364C fraction collector. Initialization failed and gave error: missing or wrong needle. LabAdvisor will not move the arm into a maintenance position and is giving error: Unknown Error. Any ideas?

Here is the older user manual: G1364-90012.book (agilent.com) and starting on page 127 there are instruction on how to do the alignment via the old software or in Lab Advisor. If nothing is happening,…

yes, it does. I'm trying to use the Transport Alignment function in LabAdvisor, but I don't know that I have the 4 well plate tray.

Hi CarolynGCSL , I haved just faced the same issues with my two G1364C fraction collectors in the lab. Did you perhaps find a solution with your device? If so could you share the solution please?

abasdeo everything with my devices installed, I only had not used them for a while. Could you propose a solution?
