If you load old data, are you able to see the spectra?

The fact you only see flat lines for the DAD may indicate you didn't collect data.  As Julie suggested, if you load a previous chromatogram and can see the spectra, then there is nothing wrong with the SW.  The issue would be the data file.  If you cannot see any spectra from a previous good data, then the issue is probably due to the SW.

Guten Tag, danke für Ihren Rat, entschuldigen Sie bitte mein schlechtes Englisch. Wir haben es jetzt nochmal mit alten Daten probiert, da funktioniert die Spektrenfunktion-von einem tag auf den anderen jedoch nicht mehr, so als würden einfach daten fehlen. Die fahrmethode wurde nocheinmal kontrolliert, theoretisch sollte er Spektren aufnehmen. Die Chromatogramme sehen auch unauffällig aus. Ist es vielleicht möglich, dass für die messung dieser peakflächen zur Konzentrationensbestimmung hardwaremäßig ein anderer Teil in den Detektoren zuständig ist als für die messung der Spektren, dass also ein hardwareproblem an den Detektoren vorliegt? Ich habe auch einen alten "funtionierenden" datensatz eines Kontrollstandards  mit einem datensatz verglichen, bei dem die Spektrenfunktion nicht mehr funktioniert, zumindest von der Struktur her, der Anzahl und Benennung der teildatein des datensatzes war alles gleich. Weiß vielleicht jemand, in welcher datei mal die Daten für das Spektrum finden können sollte und wie man den Inhalt evtl. überprüfen kann? Möglicherweise liegt das Problem ja nun doch irgendwie im Datensatz, der datenspeicherung oder so... danke

thank you for the good advice and sorry for my bad english. Infact, we retry with older data-therewith, the spectrafunction works, but from one day to an aother, it doesn´t, , it looks like the spectra data  are absent. We even control the aquisition methode, with the given adjustments, the spectra should be measured. The chromatrogarms look well, the peaks are clear and well defined. Is it possible, that the detectors measure the "peaks" for the concentration determination with another hardware component than the spectra-it means, that there is a hardware problem in the detectors?

Otherweise I compare an old "functional data set from a control standárd with a data set which doens´t work with the spectra function- the structure of the data set, the quantity of  contained subdatas and the name of the "subdata" are equal. Does anybody know, in which part of the data set the spectra datas should be contained and in which way i could controll, if  there are spectra datas in the data set at all? In the moment, it seems like the problem is connected with the data aquisition- or storing or somehow with the data set.
