I'm a high school teacher looking for an "easy" analysis that my students could do in class. We have a GC not a GC-MS. I want them to isolate and then analyze. I was thinking caffeine in coffee (variable: steeping time, water temp, etc) but the procedure I found was too in depth. Help.
