HiCarlosDav
It seems, the outlet line of septum purg closed by liquids. Or the line closed in the end of line. Please check it.
And in acquisition software, you cal increase the flow of septum purge from 3 to 6 or opper to push the liquid for going out. Or by a hair heater warm the line for many times to going out the liquids.
Does it remain at 0.1 on the GC screen or did you measure it out the Septum Purge Vent?
What is the inlet supply pressure? What is the column that is installed? What is the column configuration? Does it stay at 0.1 ml/min with the inlet set to SPLIT mode and 100 ml/min of total flow with the gas saver off?
There should be no liquid in the septum purge line. Pushing any possible liquid out of that line into the electronic pressure control (EPC) module using pressure will more than likely permanently damage it. Trying to warm up that line to drive any possible residue out of it would drive it into the EPC module and more than likely permanently damage it.
Thanks for your response. I will clean everything.
