GC 7890B purge back inlet septum purged remains 0.1 while it is set to 3.0 mL/min.

What could be the possible solutions for this problem?

Does it remain at 0.1 on the GC screen or did you measure it out the Septum Purge Vent?

What is the inlet supply pressure? What is the column that is installed? What is the column configuration? Does it stay at 0.1 ml/min with the inlet set to SPLIT mode and 100 ml/min of total flow with the gas saver off?
