How can I get Mass Hunter 5.1 to finishing uploading files?

assuming, your network connection is stable, this error most likely occurs, if you just shut down masshunter without closing the batch correctly (go to "File" and then "Close")

Additionally you can check, if something is stuck in the File Upload Queue.

Open the "File Upload Queue Tools" from the Taskbar Icon, and check if you can resubmit anything. Normally there should be nothing in this queue after a few moments.

For "check your timeout settings and database configuration to ensure they are configured correctly to handle long-running operations", I wonder what is and how to check timeout settings and database configuration?, because, once a while, at the end of a long run or in the middle of a long run, error window popped out and all my acquired data disappeared, and I had no way to retrieve them, and I had to repeat the whole run - very frustrating. I am using 8900.

This error is what pops up and we have to cancel the run to get masshunter to attempt to close. It then gets stuck on closing batch so we have to close it from task manager.  Before and after closing I check the file upload queue open lab shared services and nothing appears in the queue.

I lose my data since it never uploaded

Ok, this indicates a network problem.

Please check the energy settings from windows, that the network card is never going to "sleep".

Also check, that no backup process is running, when masshunter is collecting data.
