Hey Juliana, the root cause was algae build up which caused a short. I ended up calling Agilent and the part was under the 1 year warranty and service package. They replaced the water manifold assembly and no issues since. With the warranty/service package, it cost $0 to fix. Highly recommend a service package or extended warranty for these kind of issues as well as changing the chiller fluid every 4 months.

Excellent, in this case, was the action on the chiller or on the equipment?

I recommend to use the Agilent Cooling Fluid, as it inhibits algae growth and has a low conductivity.

If your Water manifold is blocked because of algae, and you have not filled the chiller with our recommended fluid, keep in mind, that this can cause the loss of warranty.

While I agree with the initial part of your response, I have only ever used the Agilent Cool Clear Fluid. It still happened. It was recommended by the service engineer that I change the fluid more frequently, around a 3-4 month interval. 

It was on the equipment, you can check to be sure by running a performance check on the chiller. Our chiller passed all points on the performance check but failed on the ICP system.
