we have MP 4200 has Error : Magnetron anode current too high during igniting the plasma
Hello,
Please try replacing the torch. If that does not resolve your issue, please contact Agilent customer support to begin the process of opening a repair service order. It is possible that your waveguide has failed. Have a great day
Dear John,
Thanks a lot for your help and support. Actually we have already replaced the Torch. BUT how can we check the waveguide ?!!
Thanks & Regards
Hello
-MP4200 turn off
-remove plasma torch
-remove plasma viewing mirror
- insert torch/ flashlight
-Visually inspect magnetron anode
- Good condition or Damaged Anode(discoloured/ melted anode)
Only Agilent service professionals should check a waveguide. This is for safety reasons.
Thanks, a lot for the infrmation BUT my concern how to inspect magnetron anode visually!!??
please if have the instruction share it.
