ICP MassHunter installation error

Hi

I am trying to install the G7201D version of ICP MassHunter on a 1909 Windows 10 laptop.

It goes through the initial process and then errors with a code of 0xe0434352.

Some additional research implies this is a .Net error but a repair install of the .Net has made no difference.

This is a snippet of the log file showing the step its failing at

    MassHunter installation may be a challenge, if you are trying to install it on a non-agilent PC. This is due to several settings on Windows level. Did you follow the full steps for installing the MassHunter on a non-agilent system? Windows display language must be English and regional formatting is also very important. If you applied everything as suggested in the installation guide and your installation still fails, please contact your local Agilent customercare team, so that an engineer can offer you a remote troubleshooting.
