Can you import a compound list from excel to Optimizer in MH12.1? Inside the software, I do not see where to add the position of each compound in the autosampler.
Hello mtmail00

If it's just over the weekend, I would turn the flame off but keep some flow through the columns. Best to keep the inlet at a minimum of 5 psig and 20 mL/min flow. There are some suggestions in the 8890 Operation manual also: Operation Manual (agilent…
Thank you very much for your reply
Regarding the software error, a complete software reset is usually performed when starting the analysis routine, however, according to your instructions, it was done again, but the error continues.
When the error…
This potential electronics problem is beyond the scope of this forum. The best thing to do is to contact your local Agilent service and start the process of an onsite service call.
Turbomolecular pumps do not have any maintenance procedures. They typically run forever and then don't start back up again after being stopped. Has the problem continued to happen?
The only rough pumps supported by Agilent that should be plugged into the QQQ systems are the Agilent IDP-10 and the Edwards RV-5. Those are the only tested and supported pumps and the only ones used for Agilent service calls. If the MS40-S has the same…
