Issue
Agilent has not validated and does not support running the AriaMx software on Azure Virtual Desktop.
Resolution
Caution: Agilent does not assist with configuring virtual machines. Controlling the AriaMx with a virtual machine is not a validated or supported solution.

While it is possible to install the AriaMx software on a virtual machine running Windows 10, Agilent does not support installing the software on Azure Virtual Desktop. Attempting to install the AriaMx software on Azure Virtual Desktop may result in an error during the operating system version validation process (Figure 1).

For the best experience and support, Agilent recommends installing the AriaMx software on a supported configuration as outlined in the software system requirements (Table 1).
