This Information Applies To: Agilent GC systems with Gas Clean Filter
Issue
If you have determined that the Gas Clean Filter is saturated, it mus be replaced (see the article When to Replace the Gas Clean Carrier Gas Filter).
The steps described in this article are similar for all connecting unit types.
Steps to Follow
Warning: The oven, inlet, and detector may be hot enough to cause burns. Wear the proper Personal Protective Equipment.

Caution: Be careful to not damage the connecting unit and filter components by forcing an incorrect filter orientation.
